It’s International Women’s Day today. All around the world, people will be celebrating this day in different ways. I know one of my friends in Russia once told me about how special this day is in her country. They even get a public holiday today! Did you know that? I was really surprised to hear it and at the same time, rather pleased.
It’s a day to celebrate womanhood
As women, we have accomplished so much, but there is a lot more for us to do. To me, this special day is to remember all the women in my life. My role models, my family, my friends, and my fellow business women. It is a day to think about how we can support and empower each other. To offer each other a shoulder to cry on and a hand to hold during tough times. Also, to share a few drinks with on a good night out! hahaha
